Or radio-rock/alternative/hip-hop; .talk music in general ;)
hotsauce, grip strength, computers.
I love to scour the internet (through wicked-awesome usage of YouTube, music-map, and pandora) for "new" bands/artists. This began to (more frequently than not) introduce me to bands that are no-more & have long-OOP material. Falling in love with such a band can only prompt one to search for orig. source material (CDs/LPs/cassettes)
I found myself, often times, spending lots of cash on rare albums so I could obtain FLACs...from there a collection was born.
...typing it out like that on a HiFi forum that is known to be a cancer on wallets begets the question, Is my true hobby: hating money?

I'm obviously a huge motW fan but I listen to everything; with a partial inclination towards avant garde metal (mr. bungle, nuclear rabbit, idiot flesh, dog fashion disco, etc.) solo pianists (Dax Johnson, Rob Costlow, Ludovico Einaudi, etc.) and post-rock (maybeshewill, GY!BE, Mogwai, etc.) tons of artists that have prog. jazz or blues influences frequent my playlists. While I do listen to all genres of music anything "heavy" or "slow/acoustic" generally finds a soft spot, so-to-speak.
Love music...would love to talk with you about favorite bands in avantgarde-metal, or postrock genre
