T+A Solitaire T Wireless Headphone
Hello, just a quick note. Thanks for whoever recommended the Audiophile Ninja cable earlier in the thread for Solitaire T. Mine’s unbalanced, 1.5m length, 3.5mm connection and wonderfully non-microphonic. I also own Beoplay H95 / ML 5909 and enjoy each in their own way. The T provides more...- Bopper29

[FiiO M17] Dual ES9038PRO, dual THXAAA-788+, dual power supplies, 9200mAh battery, 2 volume control modes
Having good results with Senn 600 & Oppo PM3 - feel getting the best out of the headphones. I use DC just for charging, too slow via USB. Then unplug, clear away and enjoy the practicality of battery operation.- Bopper29

E8 needs a long burn in - at least 400 hours. Then you begin to appreciate what they can offer.- Bopper29

Icon Audio HP8/MP 3
I find hum too high on my Grado 325e even at low setting. However, I haven't got optimum placement of my gear so it's possible things could be improved. I would not write off using them. I suspect there will always be a little hum with Grado, it just depends on your tolerance levels. Sorry can't...- Bopper29

Icon Audio HP8/MP 3
HP8 MKII is hooked up with Icon Audio's PS2 using Sennheiser HD600 & 700 @Low setting. Source is Pro-ject RPM 6. TT is grounded to phono. There's a little hum but of course not heard when playing except in quiet parts. The hum is caused by interconnect cable between HP8 & PS2. Has anyone come...- Bopper29

One of the internal headband side clip adjusters has become loose. If I move about whilst listening it rattles. Is this an easy fix or back to Germany for repair? Thanks- Bopper29

How's the headband adjuster - cater for all sizes? I found the Sig Pros & E8 simply too big - even at hightest setting - needing a head cushion to make wearable. This wouldn't be practical for mobile use. Thanks- Bopper29

It's SoundLink on ear Bluetooth (I only use with cable though). There's a Bose shop on Regent Street and you can hear @Selfridges & John Lewis. Plastic for the cushions.- Bopper29

The Koss I find is lacking in isolation and comfort for external use. The Bose SoundLink provides a fun, full sound with plenty of bass - ideal for a 60 min commute. Comfortable for glasses wearers and discreet. And in my experience so far - a great match with TP. Super clarity, don't need to...- Bopper29
