Audeze Sine too loud
I looked at the app and I don’t see any kind of gain adjustment. That’s a good idea to just take all the levels down equally, thanks!- bigshoe83

Audeze Sine too loud
I have a set of Audeze Sine with the Cipher cable listening to Spotify from my IPad Pro and the volume wont get as quiet as I would like for naps and relaxed listening. I have tried adjusting it through the IPad and the cable but the lowest level is still pretty loud. Any ideas on ways to...- bigshoe83

I thought so too but the reviews I have seen were a little unimpressive. Still thinking about trying a set though.- bigshoe83

Fixed vs. Detachable Cables (on Headphones) - Which is Better?!
I will take detachable over attached any day. Easier storage, replacement, and less chance of getting caught on something and yanking them out causing an unusable headphone. -
AudioQuest NightHawk Impressions and Discussion Thread
I disassembled the original cable on mine after I received the new one and I don’t feel confident enough in my soldering ability to fix it. The wires are tiny and really close together on the plug. Maybe a different plug would help if it is spaced out more. The strange part is that being...- bigshoe83

I may cut the end off and attempt to re-solder the 3.5mm plug on more solidly. If I can’t do it I’m not really losing anything since they don’t work anyway.- bigshoe83

AudioQuest NightHawk Impressions and Discussion Thread
I recently acquired a set of the original hawks and it came with 2 of the nicer cables and the thinner “backup cable”. For some reason both of the nice cables are having the same issue. When I plug them in and play music it’s very spotty and only plays in one ear at a time And/or sounds very...- bigshoe83

Amp for Fostex T-X0 planar
I have a set of Modhouse Audio Argons which are modded T50RP MK2's and just recently bought the FX-Audio Dac X6. Honestly, I know it isnt a high end setup but it seems like a steal for the money. This thing drives my Argons to listening volumes with the volume dial at about 8:30 and minimum is...- bigshoe83
