I'd also like some recs. I loved my MEE M11's for working out... they just stayed in my ears really well and closed off enough outside sound but not enough that I wasn't aware. Would love to find something similar for running. 

I really like the size of the MEE M11, but I've just had my last pair self destruct on me and MEE is out of stock.    Does anyone know of an IEM with a similar size/form factor that I should look at? Thanks!

Nevermind... figured it out. My first mistake was trying to squirt some hot glue into the hole and then jam the headband end in there. The glue had too much mass and dried too quickly. I wanted to open the square, scrape out the hot glue and go from there. What I ended up doing was just soaking...

I need to open up the Left/Right square that my Grado headpband fits into. How do I do it? I tried just prying and felt like I was going to break it.

My millet amp has a wonky pot and I need to get a replacement-- either the Panasonic EV-J or ALPS RK27-- what is the best place to buy? I'm reading all kinds of info about fake Alps post on ebay and I want to make sure I'm getting something decent.    Thanks for any help!   JR

My only advice would be to listen good and hard to the SR80 sound before you do anything. By the time I had modded mine completely, I couldn't remember what they sounded like... and honestly, I'm not sure that they sounded "that" much better. It was fun to do all of the modding, but in the end...

I used to have one of these and loved it... but sold it!     Thinking seriously of getting another one. Is there something more current that I should be looking at? A newer GD-Audio model?

I've got a pair of M6Ps that I've never bonded with. I just can't get them to fit comfortably for me. If anyone wants to do a trade for another set of Mee's, PM me. I'd love to try something new. 

The M31's are growing on me. The bass can be a little much, but I found it to be a bit more manageable if you closed off the holes at the back of the buds. Anyone else try this?
