Haha, a lot has changed since I posted last. I got a job and am no longer worrying over $5. I've had the XL Pads for a few months now. They're like different headphones with how comfortable these are now.

Do they really help with the noise isolation? That would be amazing if they do!   EDIT: To make this sound more gauged to the thread and less of a personal question, can you elaborate on the noise-isolating and comfort aspects of the XL pads? Those two are the main aspects I'm interested in.
