im getting some really bad lagging with an i7 16GB computer, can somebody please advise me as to what settings I can tweak to fix this please?

I can get sound in Ableton Live with ASIO4All through Fiio E17 amp, but when that is engaged I can't get sound from iTunes or web browsers.  Using Win 7, thanks.

I think I've narrowed it down to the E11 and the E17, but I must admit I'm not really sure if I need DAC (or specifically what it is for that matter).  Basically I just want to be able to mix tracks properly when I'm on the road.  Thanks so much in advance for any advice!
