so update, everything is working now, i think the solution was entering developer mode, the rebooting, after that the wifi had started to work and then i was able to install the play store apk, now i am updating the firmware to the 1.1.0 and hopefully after that all is fine. THANK YOU so much...

im not sure what happened, but im able to use wifi again, i rebooted the device and now wifi works, but i dont have access to play store, the app wont work and im not exactly able to power off or reboot the device, ota update shows up and then when it tries to reeboot to do it it just stays...
