True, I think LMUE have had the GR07X in stock to and fro, I know it was missing in the past and then came back, now gone again. I guess PenonAudio still have GR07X in stock if you're interested, last I checked anyways.

I feel the same. LendMeUrEars still haven't gotten any stock in it seems, I believe they were expecting some in june or july last I heard, they have a demo unit in their shop but I guess that's about it. Are they perhaps that limited so far?

Non rotation sounds like a good idea. Does the cable from v sonic have a plastic stopper which prevents it from spinning somehow?

Lend Me UR Ears now have both GR07 and GR07 Bass listed with detachable cables.

As long they either use some standard of cable connection, or vsonic supplies their own replacement cable, you should be good for any cable problems. The point where the cable detaches becomes a potential weak point though, so we will see i guess. :)

Just an observation I've made with my NightHawks. My pads are still not super-worn in.   If I purposefully depress the pads a few millimeters and reduce the air volume between driver and ear, aswell as seat the driver closer to my ear, the sound does become more enveloping, the treble looses...
