Phiaton has not replied to my email but I did a google search and found these     http://www.digitaltrends.com/headphone-reviews/phiaton-ms-400-second-generation-review/2/   Which clearly have straight lettering, so I guess they are not fake.  I just have the second generation.  

Yeah sorry I don't have any better pictures than that(those are old) but I will borrow a camera from a friend and take better pictures.  I also sent an email to Phiaton.  I was hoping someone on here had the same thing as me but maybe I have to wait longer for a post.

Recently something came to my attention.  The words LEFT and RIGHT on my pair are not in the sort-of cursive writing in all the MS400 pictures I've seen.  They are in a straight (the best way I could describe it) font.  Also the case that came with mine opens vertically like the MS300's does...

Pizza Factory ( Usually in small towns but its good as hell)   Toppers Pizza (Southern California- I tried it in Oxnard)   And one where you can find anywhere--Round Table.     I love all these three because they don't throw a crap load of sauce on their pizzas like others do.  ...
