Hi all,
Up for sale is a dream package - the whole enchilada, if you will.
Abyss Diana Phi - original owner, purchased direct from Abyss
Diana Superconductor - 2nd owner, purchased from another headfi-er, 4 pin xl & 6ft i think
Eleven XI Audio Formula S - RCA in, original owner direct from Abyss
Eleven XI Audio Powerman - original owner
I’d really like to sell this as a set because it is a cohesive system. It’s a mind-blowing setup for headphone listening. I used this with both a chord hugo2 & mscaler as well as my (extremely nice) analog system which is my primary listening setup.
Since there hasn't been any interest in the whole lot, I'm opening the listing to offers on the individual items.
The condition of the Diana is probably a 9 with the main issue of a small amount of paint wear on the edges of the ear cups, which is a common theme among both pairs of Diana I have owned (had the original before the phi). The superconductor cable unfortunately had a crack in the strain relief in the right plug from the original owner, so it has been covered with black electrical tape; always meant to talk to Joe at Abyss about a minor repair, but life.
The Formula S and Powerman are basically mint. They sound phenomenal and you do not want the S without the Powerman. I upgraded later and regretted not doing it before. Especially if you are using a digital source.
Why? I‘m seeing an out of network healthcare treatment with no reimbursement at all, and it turns out healthcare costs a lot. It’s good though and I’m happy about prioritizing what’s needs to be. So, you get a real nice setup and maybe some peace of mind knowing you‘re helping me get healthier
Details: I do not want to ship this outside the US. Shipping is gonna be heckin’ expensive so I’ll ask to split it with you unless you could do local pickup (PNW, Seattle-ish). I have the stock cable somewhere but can’t find it at the moment because I never use it. The pads on the Diana probably could use replacement but they work and still sound great if you can deal with the cosmetic wear.
uhhhhh, that’s it?
thanks for reading
