Bought new from directly from Vorzuge last fall, includes what you see. Plus one easily reversible mod, Vorzuge likes to use a white led that is so bright it basically could be a flashlight. I have placed a purple filter between the bulb and the lens. Easy to remove, just loosen the screws on the face plate and it will slip right out. Or if you are sure you don't want it, let me know, and I will pull it out before I ship.
