For your consideration is a like-new Fostex/Modhouse T50RP Argon. I am the original owner, having ordered it directly from Modhouse about this time last year. Included options are the balanced modification, ZMF protein pads, the alcantara head strap, and a 7ft Periapt balanced cable in matching orange. Basically the ideal configuration. Ordering this configuration new today would cost $452. I am also including a second balanced cable that I made myself, which is thinner and more pliable than the Periapt cable.

Given the condition, the lack of waiting time, and the bonus cable, I think $400 (shipping included) is fair, but I am open to offers.
