Excellent condition. Bought these from an authorized refurbisher for $564.05 on May 6th. They also include a set of sheepskin pads I bought around the beginning of July.
They have a warranty.
They include the headphones, both cables, original pads, screws for pads, sheepskin pads, and adapter.
Note: I didn't remove the screen on the sheepskin pads, so I couldn't screw the retaining rings on. They won't fall off with normal use, but can be twisted off pretty easily.
