Up for sale is the well-known Sony IER-Z1R. I'm the 3rd owner (the first owner had it for 6 months, 2nd over for few weeks, and I had it since Apr 2020). I actually liked it more than I thought and really enjoyed the spacious sound and grand bass. I acquired other IEMs and I have decided to let this go for someone else to enjoy!

I believe the package is complete. I have

• IER-Z1R IEM
• Original box and case
• Original 4.4 and 3.5 cable
• Unused tips
• Papers and unused cleaning cloth
• Cable clip

All in good working order but few things to note for "conservatively" rating this "fair":

• While I have used it with care and particularly making sure they don't clang with each other, there are micro scratches present on the surface. I believe this is pretty typical for Z1R of this age. Please don't buy if you expect a perfect mirror clean pair.
• Unfortunately, the cable ear-hooks are starting to turn a little sticky from humidity deterioration. This is commonly reported for Z1R cables. You can rub it with a pencil eraser and keep it with a desiccant in a bag and it will stay good for a while. Other options are to cut the ear-hooks off or buy another set of cables. I decided to leave the original cable and keep the price low so you can decide.
• The ss size ear tips were missing from the previous owner. I have purchased the genuine replacement ss size tips. These will come in the bag as shown in the picture.
• The outside white box sleeve has ~1in tear

Last but not least:

• I have only used this set inside my home
