- Received these around mid-November 2022 - bought them used from a forum member
- Comes in the very fancy original packaging - the shelves and drawers snap magnetically in place
- Excellent bass detail and big sound(stage) - I love the way these sound, but I'm downsizing my collection and funding other hobbies
- I found these IEMs physically painful to wear even for short periods of time(1-2hrs) - except when paired with the black marshmellow-y tips. So soft - so smooth...bliss.
- Dare I say the black marshmellow-y ones are very comfortable despite being attached to the IER-Z1R. It actually makes a huge different to comfort
- Fitment/comfort issues with these IEMs are well documented, so - buyer beware
- Good condition - there are some light scratches on the IEM shells and its obvious that these are used(well loved)
- Comes with original accessories - original eartips are missing though and the ones that come in the box aren't really usable
- However, I am including a selection of never used Sony eartips in M size with the sale
- The earhooks on the 4.4mm cable are a bit sticky. I gave it another clean and the texture of the earhook material still didn't feel quite right
- It seems like this is a known issue with the IER-Z1R cables: https://www.head-fi.org/threads/son...y went sticky and loose like others have done
- The 3.5mm cable earhooks are okay for now, but no idea when they will go as well
- The sound/performance of the IEM itself, both the cables and the function of the earhook is unaffected, it's just more bout how the silicone material on the earhooks feel to touch and that there are some light scratches on the IEM shells
- Shipping costs and PayPal fees included in sale price
- IEMs are located in the Netherlands
- All sales are final - returns for any reason will not be accepted
- I'm only comfortable shipping to the address on the buyer's PayPal account
- For international buyers(outside of EU), there may be import duties, taxes and fees that the buyer must pay - pricing for shipping outside of the EU to be negotiated with buyer
