Headphones.com had Grado discounts last year for Black Friday. And you could combine with their gift card discount to get extra nice prices.

That might be true, I have no way of knowing one way or another.
I know that Grado generally prohibits its resellers from discounting their products.

But, anyway, as for the here and now -

I do want them but too expensive for me. Not saying they are not worth it for some but its not high on my wish list atm.

I concur. Would be very difficult to know that Grado was sold at a discount new for a very short period at headphones.com last year unless you were there on that date. I can think of one other sale: Amazon cleared Grado SR60i inventory with like 50% off.

Amazon did announce a steep discount, but most orders were cancelled (including mine). I am not sure if that'd qualify as a "clearing all inventory for 50%" unless the inventory had, like, 2 headphones. :wink:
