I currently have a pair of LCD-Audeze, bought in March last year and now I'm trying to upgrade to a new pair.
The condition is good, I have been keeping it so careful after each use that sometimes I mistook it for my child. It seems barely used, the only off thing is its pad, I couldn't find a way to prevent it from peeling in such humid weather in my city. Ya know, it's leather.
So if you are looking for using this, I believe that you can completely ignore those peels due to the high quality of the pads without any uncomfortable. Otherwise, you can always look for online third-party websites which have a bunch of material selections for this pair.
It comes with 2 years warranty so you will have plenty of months with any issue. I highly recommend those who like both gaming and still love the sound quality from Audeze.

Update: You can get this for $450 if you opt to not include the mic cable.
