Got this in March from another head-fier, used for few hours then it's been sitting in the closet. Not a collector so these are gonna go.
Condition is fair-good, you judge from the photos. Bit of wear on the side lettering and small scuffs here and there. The carbon paint hides the scuffs well. Please keep in mind these headphones are nearing 3 decades old.
From the previous owner the left side has a rare contact issue that goes away with a bit of wiggling. I did not experience it in my few hours of use. I suspect that it's due to a slightly worn spring for the pins, see Tyll's video on HD600s and you'll see what I mean. If it fails you can always insert HD600/650 drivers in, you're buying this because you're interested in the cool paint after all right?
Pads and headband were replaced by the previous owner and still have a lot of life left. Comes with the original box but unfortunately no papers.
