Up for sale is a Sony MDR-Z1R in excellent condition. Comes from a no smoking and no pet environment.

The most comfortable and one of the best sounding closed backs money can buy. Quite rare in the UK. Reluctantly selling it as I need to be disciplined and reduce my collection.

The bundle includes:

- Sony MDR-Z1R with all original packaging and cables. This said I understand the Sony cables come in a pouch and that wasn't supplied to me, so I will include a replacement pouch. The 4.4mm cable is unused and still has the original plastic wrapper on it.

- A pure silver 1.5m XLR balanced upgrade cable purchased from SkyAudioCables. Amazing build quality, very light and comfortable. Also a clear sonic improvement over the stock cables. The sound opens up and the already amazing bass becomes tighter and more defined.

- A brand new pair of leather pads designed specifically for the Z1R.

The extra carry case is not part of the listing anymore. You can however get it on Amazon.
