Comes with the stock tubes as well as a pair of NOS Matsushita/National PCC88/7DJ8 preamp tubes rated Platinum Grade with Cryo treatment.
This Feliks tube amp is in perfect cosmetic and functional condition with under 15 hours of use, probably closer to 10. The tubes are not even fully burned in yet.
Both the amp and the tubes were purchased from Upscale Audio in January of this year.

By the way, the colorway is called "Dark Brown", but there is a slight reddish tint to the finish, as you can see in the photo. However, the photo is a little exaggerated. It doesn't look that bright in normal circumstances.
