Sad to see these go, but the fit just isn't right for me.
IEMs themselves are in perfect condition. The letters on a case are glued and are of terrible quality, they started to come off very early, the case is very nice inside tho. Please note that the pins on the right side are bent a bit and the connection is more loose than on the left side - it's still completely functional (there is no interruption in sound) but needs readjustment once in a while. Cable is ended with 3.5mm connector.
I might sell them in a bundle with FiiO BTR3K for additional 45 euro.
Shipping and fees are not included.

How long have you had the Fan 2 my freind?
If its under 12 months i would drop Penon an email regarding the Case Letters but more so the pins on the cable!
I haven't used a Penon warranty im a new 10th AE ownee so no need at present but, if these issues/damages just happened and not caused by you im sure Penon will honor the warranty?
Theres no harm in asking?

Thanks! First of all, I'm not the original owner and I don't have order number to claim warranty. Also, I have no idea how did that happen to the cable, hard to tell if that was my fault or not. Regarding the case, it's just aesthetics, obviously the design is flawed but, honestly, it would look classier without any letters at all, and for sure I wouldn't make them lose money on shipment just to get me a replacement case.

I totally understand now you'v explained which is a bit of a bummer!
Anyway, you can aleays buy a new cable and if your conidering it i must point you towards "ivipQ" which can be found on Aliecpresx. They make phenominal cables at a very reasonable price and have amazing customer service & shipping, they also do customization on request which i did for my Penon 10th AE! It sounds anazing & looks amazing as you can see in the photo.
I have always wanted the Penon Totem cable but would never be able to afford it!
So i sent him(ivipQ) the Totem specs and he built me a cable with exactly the same Specs as Totem but just has different colours as you can see in the photo, it even has LITZ Type6!
And the best part he only charged my £79 for a 60cm version😁
