Hello, I am making DIY headphone cables and I have the opportunity to make extras with surplus supplies. I currently only have supplies for 3.5mm connection headphones such as Focal Elex, Clear, Hifiman Sundara, Ananda, etc. I also have some Audio Technica R70x connectors, and I also have Sennheiser HD6XX connectors on the way which will be here in 2 weeks or so.

Here are some examples of what I have made:





The type of ending connectors I have are:
6.5mm (1/4") Jack
3.5mm
2.5mm balanced
4.4mm balanced (only a few left, more on the way)
4-pin XLR (available by request)

There are also three choices for wire:
Viablue EPC-1 OFC Copper
Copper Litz wire (175 strands x 0.04mm, nylon outer insulation)
PVC Silver Plated Copper (19 x 0.08mm)

Copper Litz is the softest and most flexible, the Viablue is the thickest and most durable. The Silver Plated Copper wire is a happy medium between the two.

Cost is the same for all three. Although price will be higher for longer wire, $50 for up to 6 feet, $5 more for up to 8 feet. PM me if you need longer than 8 feet.

You can choose to have a carbon fiber splitter in the picture, or just heat shrink as the splitter.


Please PM me for paracord color availability. You can choose not to have any paracord sleeving with just bare wire as well, except for the Copper Litz wire.
