No longer needed because I have switched to a desktop amp.
My understanding is that the W2-131 came about due to the shortage of the DAC chip used in the original W2. The W2-ACG is a reissue of the W2, using the original DAC chip, with some new filters and a unique back glass.
The case and all the accessories are included.
