These are less than a month old and haven't gotten a lot of play - just not right for my ears. Everything is in perfect condition (OK, there is an abrasion on the inner cardboard edge where it was kind of glued together). All the original tips (not shown) are still in their sealed packets. The attached cable is what it comes with - nice solid Silver balanced cable with a short 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter cable.
