Up for sale is my modded 650, a truly exceptional sounding headphone. Condition of the HD650 is excellent, pads are like new with low usage. The mod is well documented here and in various other forums and performed flawlessly. Paired with a good tune amp this pair will perform exceptionally well.

Damn, this is an incredible starter setup. All you really need. If I didn't already have the Piety + MMB2 I'd jump on it.

Someone is going to be lucky.

I have heard Vox's mod at a local head-fi meetup. It is really good and takes the 650/6XX to another level.

Absolutely. I eventually sold the Piety, but I had this exact chain for a bit with stock HD650s and it is indeed very good. If someone wants to grab a ready made setup that can keep them happy for a long time, this would definitely qualify. GLWS!

Mods common over on another community forum, however I've done countless mods for users here myself. Spider removal and matted, bowl for the foam holder to maintain consistency of positioning. Pic added to post.
