They are in decent shape. They come with the stock cable. There is a small tear in the pleather ring on the stock pads and a small nick on one of the cups (see pictures). The stock pads are still very plush and have little signs of wear. They have no box, since they were the orginal kick starter release, and come with an extra pair of pleather pads.
