Here is a Hagerman Bugle phono pre-amp kit. I say "kit" because it needs a little work.

It's already built and assembled into a nice enclosure, but the sealed 12V batteries are currently dead and will either need charged or most likely they will need to be replaced. I originally had a charger which would let you charge the batteries from a charge port but I don't have the charger anymore so you will have to open it up and charge them or arrange a new charger. The Bugle is designed to run from 9V batteries so if you don't feel up to it you can convert it to run from 9V batteries.
