There are also a lot of much cheaper knockoffs on Amazon and Aliexpress. Sennheiser HD414 pads fit Grados--you'd have to cut out the centers--but the yellow isn't the best look....

Thanks, I have been to the Grado site they do sell the flat pads, but 32.50? I'm not sure I want to spend that much??
I thought about those other places, but I think I'll keep looking.
