Though these sound great for the price, I recently acquired newer and more expensive headphones and am selling this set. They're in excellent condition. The only change to the hardware is the paper filters removed carefully from inside the cups. This mod clears up the sound and opening them more than before.
If you would like to put the filter papers back on despite the improvement, you can do so. However, I would recommend buying a new set if you prefer to keep the filters on for stock sound. One pair of filter papers was lightly glued onto the back of the drivers and, while able to be put back with light gluing as it came originally, you may not want to bother.
