These Fostex - TH-X00 are terminated directly to the headphone internal PCB with silver cable. These are soldered with silver audiophile grade solder on both end. Terminated with XLR 4 pin balanced connector.
This connection improves clarity throughout all frequency ranges. Gives a little more control on the low end but still has a richer overall sound over all my other headphones I have owned (LCD i3, LCD XC, Aeon 2, iSine 20, Nighthawk).
Selling because I work from home and invested 3K in speakers that I use majority of the time now.
Comes with Dekoni Sheep skin pads (installed on headphone in pictures).
Plus I have the stock pads pictured on the box. That will ship with these. Both pads are very clean.
No pealing or knicks on wood or padding.
