I have a near mint condition 2022 Focal Utopia up for sale, originally received by the original owner on 11/15/2022. I am the second owner. I have all of the original packaging and materials. Although I have the original invoice, it turned out it wasn't originally bought from an authorized dealer purchase (didn't know at purchase, bummer), which is a warranty requirement.

That is reflected in my full price, $2700 shipped. Furthermore, if you have issues with the headphone within the first 60 days, I will split any Focal confirmed repair cost that isn't attributed to obvious misuse/abuse. (not talking about DOA, we'd go through UPS insurance and I'd refund you as soon as the process in works, fyi). Price will include shipping, but not the 3% PP fees. Price will be firm.

Given the nature of this sale (my commitment to cover issues), I will only sale to established head-fiers with long-standing feedback. :)

Very close to like new, 9.5 out of ten, there one small nearly transparent mark that is nearly undetectable but circled and highlighted in red, also factored into price. Pics included below.

How do you know they aren’t knock offs since you were made aware at the time of purchase they weren’t from an authorized dealer? Sorry this happened to you… thank you for your complete honesty and GLWS!

The pics speak for themselves, but more importantly, I and the original owner have owned the Focal Utopia OG and the Nutopia and the impressions are enough to know better. Again, you can see them in my thread, which align heavily with those shared in the Nutopia thread. To add to that, the original buyer also bought a second pair at a later date, from an authorized dealer, of which I have the invoice of. So he's literally had the ability to compare.

Nothing to be sorry for, it's a very simple warranty issue, which I've accounted for.

I've read enough of your reviews and seen the different levels of headphones that have come through your stable to know that you know a thing or two about high quality headphones. @number1sixerfan is definitely the real deal and would not post an item with dishonesty and absolutely respect his ears to determine if a headphone is fake or not.

I appreciate it. And I didn't know this would even be a hot button topic given the transparency and price. Either way, someone will get a really good deal on these. :)
