Excellent, excellent cans. For this price I’d buy them myself if I didn’t already have a pair... even thought about getting them as a backup set!

And Drop has Elex pads on sale for $ 60/pair (unless they’ve sold out), if the new owner wants to swap them. The Elears need 50-100 hours of break-in, but boy, do they sing after that.

The Elears are amazing with many amps, and scale with good aftermarket cables. I’ve used the Moon Audio Black Dragon with great results, and my current Elears are incredible with the Feliks Audio Echo. At a little over $ 1,000 a buyer could have an amazing setup with the Elears + Echo and upgrade later with a new cable. GLWS!

Funny you mention backup; I have two sets of the Elear, but since I've barely used them and they're both in the same excellent condition I couldn't tell which was the backup. I don't think I've put more than 20 hours on them, neither one is broken in.
