The FiiO M17 is an absolute beast of a device in every way. I traded for this one to give it a listen , but it was a bit impulsive of me in some ways because I really don't need a device of this type given that I don't commute regularly and already have the Mojo 2 & Poly for around the house with IEMs.

So, grab yourself a bargain on one of the best DAPs around!

P.S. all edges and surfaces are pristine on the M17. Any signs of blemishes in the pics are fingerprint smudges only - I was in a bit of a hurry with the pics - sorry! Happy to follow-up with detailed photos of any part of the device if you want more detail.

They're VERY close in performance. The M17 has a bit more attack and texture to its sound, but it's fairly subtle. The Mojo 2 has a more natural tonal quality and an easier (not richer) delivery across the board, but has a slightly lower sense of resolution due to the M17 characteristics described above.

I MUCH prefer the M17's interface, range of outputs and general form factor over the Mojo 2 & Poly, but my ears did prefer the Mojo 2 & Poly and I don't use it enough to make the ergonomics and interface my top priority.
