Bought this from AMP3 at the end of September but am now selling this after testing and buying an M11 Plus DAP. The box was beat up a little during delivery but everything inside was in perfect condition.
I've only taken it outside a few times so it's mostly been at home. Since I got the M11, it's been on my desk 24/7 and used with the PS5 (support on PS5 is great, just put the BTR7 in UAC 1.0 mode and it's plug and play with support for EQ) so it's in VERY good condition.
Comes with everything it came with originally which includes the manuals, USB A to C cable, USB C to C cable and a leatherette case. Firmware has been updated to the latest as of writing.
