Selling an excellent, clean, no hum Darkvoice 336SE. I upgraded to a modded Crack and a SW51 and planned to use this as a preamp someday. But like that CCR song, someday never came. I actually did use it as a tubey preamp with a SRD7 and an Emotiva A100 electrostatic setup and it worked well, but I’ve consolidated things since then and this just sits, silent and alone on a shelf.
$200 for the unit and a power cord. Does not include original box and does not include any tubes. If you really want tubes. I can add some for a reasonable price (let’s say $20 for both tubes) but I forget how much I paid for most of these tubes and much of the labeling has come off so I don’t want to promise the tube’s provenance. The stock tubes had a hum for me, but I replaced them and it was dead silent from then on.
I will split shipping with the buyer. I’m guessing shipping will be about $30. Local pickup in L.A. also welcome.
