Custom cable made by Cosmic Cables, a 1.2meter long, 2-wire made with OCC copper using the PentaConnEar connectors (longer variant, as used by the Sennheiser IE400 Pro, among others) terminated with a 4.4mm jack on the amplifier end. Ended up paying a little over $200 shipped, but already am going in another direction so my loss is your gain! Asking $155 95 shipped, sent PayPal friends and family or you cover the PayPal fees.
