Woo Audio WA5-LE with Premium Parts Upgrade and Tube Upgrade. This is the 1st Generation version. I'm the second owner. The only reason I'm parting with this amp is I'm scaling down my listening to IEMs.

This is a custom build with a preamp add on. I had never tried to use the preamp function until recently when I decided to try it with my two channel setup. For some reason the input knob is not selectable to position "4" which is the preamp out. There's also a headphone/preamp on and off slide switch which is located where the speaker binding posts are (see pic). So I was not able to use the preamp function. It functions perfectly when using as a headphone amp with inputs 1-3.

The amp is in excellent condition with no scratches or dings. It looks beautiful in black.

The stock tubes included are:

-Shu Guang 274B
-Shu Guang 300B
-Westinghouse 6SN7

The stock tubes were never used as I upgraded to:

-Sophia Princess 274B (matched pair)
-Sophia Princess 300B (matched pair)
-Sylvania 6SN7 Brown Base/Chrome Top (NOS) (matched pair)

I would estimate these tubes have about 500 hours on them. Together they elevate the performance of the WA5-LE to another level.

The amp will ship in the two original Woo Audio cardboard boxes (about 35 lbs.) each. The upgraded tubes will ship separately. Paypal fees are included but buyer pays actual shipping cost from Gardner, MA 01440.
