I am thinking of selling my Schiit stack because I just rarely use it anymore (been more into home theater the last several years and want to get a bigger display).
If someone is interested in my Yggy, then I may just sell everything (Freya OG Silver 115V & two Vidars Black 115V).
I am the original owner. It was upgraded to A2 by Schiit, then to Gen 5 by Schiit and finally upgraded to Unison by me. There is nothing wrong with the sound of the unit.
There is however damage to 4 screws on the top of the case. Lets just say I was an idiot and used a cordless screw gun (DO NOT EVER DO THIS!). This ended up with cross threaded, broken screws and a few hair line scratches (not easy to see with my eyes at least). I even tried drilling out one of the screws and made things worse. I feel like a complete moron. Everything has been cleaned up and the unit works perfect. But the case (at least the internal structure) would need to be replaced if you want the screws fixed. I am guessing this would be very expensive. Because of this, I will obviously entertain lower offers than what these usually sell for. From far away or if you put this in a rack, you would never know.
I have documentation (emails) that shows I am the original owner and it will be packaged in the box Schiit used. I pay PayPal fee and shipping/ins/sig to US only.
Let me know if you are interested and make an offer. Going to hold off posting my other Schiit gear until I find out if this thing is in demand.
