V1 I believe, S/N 00330

Yes v1 as indicated by the small arrow above the volume knob. v2 had a large curved arrow and the box was brown. Great amp!

I don't know for sure. It's been a while but I think he revised the power supply. I had both but I didn't hear a difference in sound with my HD800s.

"SQ is the same, there was a hardware fix on the amp on v2. On v1, if you plug in a set of headphones into the balanced port and an additional one into the 1/4”, and then powered the amp, it would damage the amp and would need to be repaired by a technician.

Otherwise, I believe they are the same amplifier."
