I have for sale my Burson Vivid disrete opamps. The SQ of the Vivid is as the name suggests, great dynamics and transparency. Soundstage is very expansive. I used these for a baseline reference for my Topkits. Given adequate case size, they are a huge upgrade for any audio device. Price is for the pair. MSRP is $145.00.

Is your Playmate a v1 or v2? The v1 requires 4 dual channel opamps whereas the v2 uses 2 dual channel opamps and 2 single channels for the LP stage.

The LP stage relates to vinyl right? I don't even have a turntable.
crap. well. I probably should have looked up how the op amps work before I messaged you. To be honest, I haven't seen much on how the op amps work other than you need 4 of them in a burson unit.

LP stands for low pass. Typically the preamp section of the amp.
