Burson Audio Soloist 3X Performance fully balanced headphone amplifier, in pristine condition complete with all original packaging and accessories. The Soloist 3X Performance is a supremely powerful Class A amplifier delivering a maximum of 8 watts via the balanced XLR output. The settings are configurable for low, medium and high gain to ensure excellent matching with all headphones. The Burson house sound is one of wide sound stage with lots of warmth in the lower regions but also delivering exceptional clarity and detail retrieval. I have used this amp paired with a Denafrips Ares II and a Gustard A26 DAC, and various headphones including Meze Liric, Kennerton Rognir Planar and Denon AH-D9200, and it sounds fantastic with all these combinations.
