Hello all, I am selling my original bifrost 1 that has been upgraded by schiit audio to the newest unison usb which is the same one used in the bifrost 2. There is a slight scratch on one side (can see in photos and it’s only the part on the grey, black looks scratched but it’s not it’s a reflection from the lighting in my kitchen) but other then that the unit is in perfect condition. Works flawlessly the moment I hooked it up (I am the second owner (first owner took excellent care of it besides the one scratch on the side). I have it and compared it to the bifrost 2 which the original is so very close to my ears it made it hard to justify the bifrost 2. Don’t get me wrong the bifrost 2 is the better DAC, but as we get into this middle tier price range its cutting things close between these two. If you havent heard the multibit sound then this is a great way to get that sound and at a more affordable price. Please any questions feel free to ask and thanks for checking it out.
