Closed: AVVT 2a3 low hours testing as NOS

I have in my possession 1 extremely tight matched quad of AVVT 2a3 MESH tubes. These tubes are testing as NOS but have less than 100 hours on them - some writing on box from the lab, and my own measurements as well.

I bought these tubes between 2014-2016 from numerous sources. All of which I have been tested and matched for transconductance with a friends calibrated Sylvania model 139 and two of the tubes in this quad were sent to a USA laboratory to have checks and are working flawlessly (report included in sale). This is the tightest quad of avvt I have ever put together and would work in wa33.

All of the tubes come with the certificate from the lab and technicians signature confirming they are in good order.

I won't reply to low balls or speculative offers, I'm in no hurry to sell and every year these tubes continue to rise in value and rarity.

Review of avvt 2a3 mesh
This is the most neutral and accurate 2a3 from the NOS 2a3 portfolio, I have personally compared to fivre mono plates, rca mono plates and almost every other NOS or new stock 2a3 on the market avvt scores a solid 97% in my opinion as far as Grail 2a3 goes.

This is also the most aesthetically pleasing 2a3 on the market in my opinion.


Perfect for tango/lundahl/audio note tranformers based amps. Best in donald north stellaris/stratus (biased)
