Hello and thanks for looking!

Up for sale is an Audio GD NFB-28.38 (single ES9038 Pro DAC chip with TCXO) in very good condition; 120V US model. Purchased in late March 2018 direct from Audio GD (I’m the original and only owner; I did not purchase any ‘upgrades’ so all inputs / outputs are the stock ones). Comes from a smoke and pet free home and with the original power cord, original USB cable, and the original mini remote and a duplicate 'insides' of the remote that Audio GD included. That being said, I won’t include any batteries with the remotes to avoid shipping issues, so please be sure to have button batteries at the ready! No issues or dents / cosmetic imperfections, and everything will come in the original box. Selling because I moved on to separate devices (Cayin stack).

With the exception of the I2S ethernet-type input (only because I never used it), all inputs and outputs work perfectly. I’m not saying the I2S input doesn’t work, I just never used it 😊

Check out all the details by the manufacturer here:
http://www.audio-gd.com/Pro/Headphoneamp/NFB28.38/NFB28.38EN.htm

Asking for $550.00 including PayPal fees and shipping within the Continental US only (sorry, not looking to ship internationally at the moment, and not looking for trades, either). Item ships from Southern California.

Couple of items of note (i.e. things I liked about this unit, etc):
1. Both the 4-pin XLR and the 1/4" headphone outputs work at the same time, with no change in quality if two headphones are plugged in.
2. Just like the headphone outputs, all 3 outputs work simultaneously.
3. The red button at the back of the unit is used to switch between Fixed Output (DAC only output) and Variable Output (to be used as a preamplifier). Neither option affect the headphone outputs. Audio GD recommends turning off the unit before switching between Fixed and Variable output modes.
4. Unit gets quite warm after about 3 hours of use; definitely keep the top vents open to the air, and do not put anything on top of the unit.
5. If you want to change the digital filters and the screen auto-dark brightness mode, you would need to open the unit and switch some of the jumper pins around (I never did this, but Audio GD’s website explains how to do so).

Feel free to ask me any questions. Thanks again for looking, and have a great day!
