Up for sale is my Audeze LCD-2 Classic closed back headphones. If you're looking for a pair of headphones that offer loads of bass and body but still maintain clarity, detail, and even width... then these are the headphones for you. I had the open back version of these years ago. Didn't like 'em. But these are amazing. My Fostex TH-900 headphones were my go-to cans for the longest time, until I got these. I could hear things that I couldn't hear with my Fostex... and the bass was satisfying unlike many other headphones I've tried. Selling to thin the herd a bit as I've got seven pairs of closed back headphones -- including the somewhat recent acquisition of two pairs of ZMF headphones and another pair of these (different logo cups) with suede earpads -- so I'd have one for home and one for work... but it looks like they are going to be one in the same for the foreseeable future.
Sonically flawless. In great physical condition -- yokes/rods are strong and secure. Pads are super comfortable and seal nicely. There is some wear on the outer edges of the pads. It doesn't affect comfort or sound. Despite this, I went ahead and got a brand new pair of Dekoni Elite Sheepskin pads (they are still sealed -- MSRP $70).
Also includes the stock SE 1/4" cable as well as a custom balanced 4-pin XLR cable. Last but not least, it comes with a custom padded carrying case so you can take 'em on the go.
$575 shipped (with tracking and full insurance) to the CONUS gets everything. If you'd prefer "new" stock pads over the Dekonis, I can include the pads that were included (but never used) on the other pair I have as the suede pads were mounted right away.
In addition to 26 flawless trader feedback here, I have 19 on AV Exchange (same name) and 100% feedback (1068) on E-bay (can provide proof).
