I believe this is the latest and last awesome collaboration between Ken Ball and Vinnie Rossie (Red Wine Audio). Comes with hard storage case, a pair of silicon straps, original Li-io charger for North America, printed out manual, a custom hand made hi-end 13.5" inches long 3.5mm mini to mini cable with genuine Furutech CF-735SM(R) connectors, and a Furutech 6.3mm to 3.5mm adapter. Installed tubes are the standard 6111 tubes.
