Q: Can i use X type micro SD card?
A: Yes, all types of micro SD card are supported, just make sure they are formatted in FAT32 format.
Q: How do i format my micro SD card?
A: the easiest way to do this, is to plug it in the X3, go to the Settings menu, and use the Format sub-menu. WARNING: all data you have on the micro SD card will be deleted.
Q: i updated the library, but not all of my music is showing up?
A: Right now there is a file limit of 4800 tracks the X3 can list. You can play all tracks by going to "Browse Files"
Q: i hear clicking sound when turning the player on or put / remove headphone plug from the player , is this normal ?
A: yes , this is normal ... due to the relay circuit in the player.
Q: i have heat issue ... the player goes hot during playback or charging .....
A : this is normal and will not affect the player .
Q: does it has playlist support ?
A: No , not for now .. but it is a promised coming feature with firmware update ... for now you just can add your favorite songs in one playlist called " favorites ".
Q: is the sound quality is better than my ipod ?
A : yes .. it is noticeably better and more powerful sounding
Q: does it has an equalizer ? balance between right and left channels ?
A : No , not for now at least ... it just has Bass & Treble ( hardware ) tuning controls , and yes .. there is a balance control between right and left channels.

Q: Can i use X type micro SD card?
A: Yes, all types of micro SD card are supported, just make sure they are formatted in FAT32 format.
Q: How do i format my micro SD card?
A: the easiest way to do this, is to plug it in the X5, go to the Settings menu, and use the Format sub-menu. WARNING: all data you have on the micro SD card will be deleted.
Q: I put music on the micro SD card, but it doesn't show up on the player?
A: In the settings menu, there's a function called "update Lib", select this, a popup should now show that it's updating the music library.
Q: i updated the library, but not all of my music is showing up?
A: Prior to firmware version 2.4, there was a file limit of 5800 tracks the X5 could list, though you could play all tracks by going to "Browse Files". As of firmware version 2.4, the limit has been removed.
Q: What is the maximum size of the micro SD card i can use?
A: Theoretically 2 terabyte, practically 2 x 128GB, as this is the largest available at this moment.
Q: I loaded playlists, but they're not showing up in the "Playlists" section - where are they?
A: Playlists created on a computer and then loaded to the X5's TF cards can be found using the file browser and currently will not appear in the "Playlists" menu. The Playlists menu is for playlists created on the X5 itself.

Q: How do i format my micro SD card?
A: the easiest way to do this, is to plug it in the X1, go to the Settings menu, and use the Format sub-menu. WARNING: all data you have on the micro SD card will be deleted.
Q: I put music on the micro SD card, but it doesn't show up on the player?
A: In the settings menu, there's a function called "update Lib", select this, a popup should now show that it's updating the music library.
