Balanced and smooth (as possible as dynamic driver can be). Great finish and comfort for long listening

Pros: Good frequency response, separation, rhythm and drive, details, layering. Coherence in presentation. Perfect for all string instruments sounds.

Cons: Unforgiving for harsh sonic material, bad recorded music or weak gear.

I like T1 V2 for overall competence in sound presentation. Solid build and comfort. There are better headphones in particular areas but these others are not that good all-rounders as T1 are.   I do listem many genres of music (I love movie scores, acoustic music, hard rock) but symfonic music is where T1 shines. The dynamics and layering is just great. You will never be bored with classical music on T1. The details, linearity, clear view for the sound is just amazing. I was looking for such a headphones for 2 years, hearing many others. And only few I was considering seriously were HE6, but I did choose solid german tradition in this matter. Beyerdynamic does not produce perfect...

Very well priced but may fight with flagships.

Pros: Authority in sound, large scene, not fatiguing, very durable construction, excellent price for the qiality factor.

Cons: Pleather pads need to be changed for velours. With not enough quality power amp may sound dull.

I just like these headphones so much. I was looking for for a long a realixing but engaging headphones. And finally found DT150. Sound is full, present, clear, and with perfect 3D presentation - even better than in some opened constructions. I prefere them more than Senn HD650, HifiMan HE500, Beyerdynamic DT990, DT880, T70, T90, T1 even for now...

Very musical, rich and deep sound.

Pros: Natural balanced overall presentation, deep rich vocals, nice soundstage, good dynamics, solid build, very silent background, no hum.

Cons: Slightly too rounded treble, a bit to loose in bass control with bassy headphones.

Very nice amplifier. Very solid build. Love vocal presentation and rich lower mids. Helps to achieve warm signature with technical headphones like T70 (even with such effective headphones there is no hum..). Perfect partner for HD650. Works good with K701. 3 pairs of inputs make it very versatile machine. Price is rather attractive (about 160 Euro) for the unit made and designed in EU - bergain. Equipped with 4 x SOVTEK tubes.

Rich in details, yet musical

Pros: Very airy, spacious, solid built, precise sound, comfort of use

Cons: Need very good amp and source, will be harsh in sound with many partable devices and computer sources. With bad recording - too bright and not relaxin

I will not write a long description, but just some subjective facts.  I like them very much. I do have HD650 also, but when I want to be closer to music and see more truth in recordings I use T70. Lately they are my favourite headphones. Since about half a year. With good source the bass i sufficient and very precise, in fact very warm. Some phones may sound more relaxing but with the cost of losing  too many details. Here detailing is brillant. They are exceptional. But rather kind of love or hate headphones. Better for accoustic, jazz, orchestra than for rock and pop.

Honest value for money

Pros: Fun, details, size, nice scene.

Cons: Very poor lower mids. Sound seem to be without its weight. Not comfortable in use. Too 'technical signature' in sound

I did buy this amp to see if it really can beat expensive amps. Well, it plays nice, but does not even play like 300$ amps. Nice to have as an experience, but not as a final word in system.
