Music Preferences

Orchestra/"Classical"/Fine Art Music- Pretty much everything... but especially Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, some Bruckner (sometimes the repetition in certain symphonies of his fatigues me), Bernstein, Copland, Debussy, MAHLER!, Messiaen, Mozart, Prokofiev, Ravel, Respighi, Shostakovich, Sibelius, Stravinsky, Strauss, Tchaik. , and much more...

For minimalism, I'm a big Steve Reich/Philip Glass fan, as well as John Adams, but I don't hear his music as minimalist always

Rock -(if it's unique and refreshing and not reused and formulaic) such as Pink Floyd, Zepplin, U2, Coldplay, Flaming Lips, NYCO,

Jazz - anything and everything, pretty much

Electronic - new to the genre, but would love recommendations...has anyone heard of the group YMCK?

Interests (non-headphone)

Many interests... but for a couple standards, i'll say reading, running, sleeping, learning about neuroscience, trying to learn Japanese, trying to become less material by the day, and more...
