Vintage 1980's DT-880 for general desktop use & for analytical listening Vintage AKG K240 Sextett late production for audiophile listening & piano sessions Bose Triport (ouf of production) for when on the move, on the bus/train etc. Had: AKG Q701, amazingly engaging sound but broke down (faulty), was so fun to listen to that I had a tendency to put the volume too loud, otherwise would have bought a new set. ATH-AD700, first decent headphones I owned. Great soundstage, but not very musical or engaging in comparison to more expensive headphones. Great for the price. |
